- Kristaps Felzenbergs from Routed In will give a talk, “OSINT: Know What Attackers See Before They Do.” Join us to discover why regular open-source intelligence (OSINT) reconnaissance is vital for every organization. Attackers map your publicly exposed IT assets long before they strike — do you know what they can find? Kristaps will demonstrate how exposed services, forgotten subdomains, leaked credentials, and misconfigured infrastructure become entry points into your systems and the software you build. You’ll walk away with a toolkit of free, publicly available OSINT tools that anyone can use to run their own reconnaissance and see their organization through an attacker’s eyes.

Kristaps Felzenbergs is an accomplished entrepreneur and engineer with a deep passion for technology and cybersecurity. He is the founder of Routed In SIA, a cybersecurity consultancy, and recently established HammerProof EU, a venture focused on automating manual cybersecurity reconnaissance processes. His work focuses on innovation in IT, security automation, and empowering the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. - Agris Krusts from IT Centrs SIA will talk about practical, low-effort AI usage in cyber security – where AI genuinely helps with detection, rapid response and pen-testing, and where it does not. Presentation will include ideas on how to combine regular tools with AI to take over the work of a junior security analyst.

Agris Krusts is a founder of security consulting and pen-testing company IT Centrs, SIA and works in the field for more than 25 years. - Juris Puce from Peak Defence will give a talk “When to Call Ghostbusters (a.k.a. Your CISO): Security in Software Changes”.
The presentation is aimed at developers, product owners, and development team managers on when to call in the CISO when making changes to software — how to identify the risky parts of a change, when security involvement is formally mandated, and what secure development lifecycle controls and change risk assessments actually mean in practice. Juris will share hands-on experience from Peak Defence’s work providing outsourced CISO services to global and mostly Nordic companies, as well as from building WINGMAN — a virtual, AI-driven CISO. Drawing on patterns seen across many organizations, he will cover how to separate routine changes from genuinely risky ones and how to keep security involvement proportionate rather than bureaucratic.

Juris Puce is a partner at Peak Defence, a cybersecurity company building an AI-driven cybersecurity assistant called WINGMAN and AI/cybersecurity advisory consultancy serving companies across the Nordics and beyond. He also chairs the Latvian national AI standardization committee and lectures on cybersecurity law at MSc level. Juris has more than 20 years of experience in technology and information security, holds a wide range of certifications, and — more importantly — has extensive practical experience running security in real software organizations, both in-house and as an outsourced CISO.
