How we created TestDevLab as a globally recognized expert in quality assurance
After his tenure at Skype Ervins cofounded TestDevLab. Now, 10 years later, TestDevLab offers innovative software quality assurance services and products that are highly valued by startups and Fortune 500 companies. Software that is tested by 500 employees of the company is being used by 4.5 billion people worldwide. In this presentation, Ervins will share his honest view about the most important accomplishments and failures while growing TestDevLab into a globally recognized expert, getting Fortune 500 clients, creating the right culture, and attracting top talent globally.

Not sexy outsource business
Everybody wants to make a startup that will cost a zilliard dollars. But the problem is that it will fail with a chance of 99%. There is another way to do business in IT. I will share my experience of creating and running mobile development studio. I will talk about our failures, how we develop the team, do marketing, and grow year by year.
