Andrius is an Agile evangelist, trainer, and Co-founder of the podcast series “On The Agile Couch”. He started his career in IT while studying Computer Programming and at the same time helped company to digitalize their customer collaboration options and internal flexibility. After few years he joined one of the biggest UK banks and had pleasure to familiarize with Agile environment. And that’s how he met and fell in love with new way of working and Agile mindset, so he started to shift his career to a Scrum Master. Now he has more than 12 years of experience in different IT companies and more than 7 years of hands-on Agile experience, so he is helping others to familiarize with Agile and get best value out of it.

It looks into technological aspects of development as well as into our cognitive abilities to predict the future and prepare for troubles.
The talk is based on my own experience and on works of Fred Brooks along with others, who have impacted our industry in times before we were born. Let’s explore together how we can use a wisdom of predecessors in software development.
