- Mārcis Ķīsis from ZZ dats will tell “what it takes to implement an automated web application scanning process using ZAP Automate“
It is a story about a project of automating web application scanning of the state web portal and an API gateway. He will guide you trough the scope of the task, configuration and the setup of the implementation, challenges which had to be solved and a demo of the tool running.

- Andrey Adamovich will give a talk on “Supply chain attacks: examples and mitigation“
In this talk, we explore some well-known and lesser-known attack vectors for software delivery pipelines and supply chains (log4shell, SolarWinds, browseraluod, leftPad, and others). Our digital world relies heavily on software, and there are various ways this software can be compromised, affecting everything from individual apps on our phones to the global networks that keep our societies running.

- Ilja Lapkovskis will speak about “Software Bill Of Materials as a core concept of managing risks of supply chain attack.”
sharing his experience working with SBOM and VEX standards and how both can be helpful to protect and gain more control over the software and mitigate security risks it can bring. After the attack on SolarWinds Orion in 2020 it became clear security and reliability of application dependencies must be taken under control and can not be taken for granted even for open source components. The session aim is to explain the concepts and available tooling so anyone could determine the weak points coming from 3rd party code.
