Agenda for this time:

• Uldis Indriksons from Accenture Latvia will bring Google Glasses and will talk about his experience with Google Glass development. What Glass is capable on and what not. What developers/designers should consider when planning Glass application.

  Uldis Indriksons is System Analyst with more than 10 years experience in IT. He has been working in Accenture Latvia 4 years and has been participated in several international projects including Google Glass prototype application development. His expertise is Android development.

   

• Edmunds Medvedevs from Arcana digital group will talk about practical usage of Arduino and Raspberry pi to solve different automation tasks related to "internet of things". Starting from idea until first testable prototype. We will have possibility to see on spot some controllers and components.

  Edmunds Medvedevs has worked more than 10 years in IT with experience in different programming languages, databases, system analyses, project management, IT department management, also with recruitment and personal development issues in different leading web companies in Latvia. In addition for several years have been providing lectures about programming and project management basics, participated in nationwide programming competitions organization and evaluation.  
   

• Dmitry Klepikov's from Pixout talk will be focused on low resolution LED screens with individually controllable LED pixels and control software. These screens give a new powerful tool to craft spaces and their interaction with an audience. Under the covers technologies used in Pixout media server.
  This talk's goal is to show how to create mood with impressive LED lighting and easy to control it for everybody.
