  In my talk I would like to show number startup in area of Financial, Social, Marketing, Mobile, Gaming and Gaming startup I participated, its outcomes and lesson learned. Covering old and new way of startups, pitching, rising funds, accelerators and startup toolbox.

  Oleg Bogdanov – 18 years of extensive IT product/project management experience in software development field. Successfully managed the implementation of enterprise systems for internet payments, internet gaming/gambling, re-insurance and mobile.
   

• Ilgvars Jēcis from ByerDeck will give a talk "Startup Journey: from first line of code to first paying customer". I will share my experience on building a startup for almost 2 years – a journey from the first line of code to the first paying customer. I will give opinionated view of things that worked really well and things that failed for us at ByerDeck and why startups is not all unicorns and rainbows.

  Ilgvars Jēcis is a CTO & co-founder of ByerDeck. They are a small startup trying to change the way complex B2B sales are done. They use bunch of tools like Java, Groovy, Javascript, Angular, Mongo, Ansible etc. 
   

• Martin Villig from Taxify will talk about "Challenges when expanding multi-platform Taxify mobile apps to multiple countries". Nowdays many "real life" processes move to mobile apps. Taxify is mobile app allowing easy & fast taxi ordering compared to calling taxi dispatchers. Taxify currently operates in Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Lithuania and four other countries. What have been the challenges when developing multi-platform mobile apps and same time launching services in multiple countries.
