  In a perfect world everyone in our organisation knows what and why it should be achieved, has clarity around which decisions need to be made by whom and has the necessary competence, information, resources and authority to do it. Usually this is not the case. I will share practical examples, tools and models that I have used to help organisations make progress in executing their portfolio strategy.

• Mārtiņš Šipenko from Kasko will give a talk “HTTP Caching in Web Applications”
  A talk about how HTTP caching features that can and should be used to reduce origin server loads and traffic whilst retaining very small cache expire times. More specifically will cover what basic http headers are used by standard cache devices and how they differ, as well as how can they be used in combination to achieve smart cache revalidation.

• Maxim Sidorenko from Transact Pro will speak about Microservices architecture in Online Card Processing. Microservices is not only modern buzzword, but also well working idea with corresponding pros and cons. Talk is aimed at web developers (php, python, ruby, etc… )
