  Introduction and overview of ups and downs when integrating Bank APIs based on PSD2 directive. Journey through legal and technical steps to providing customers with improved banking experience, starting from scratch.

• DYNATECH Development Challenge allowed programmers to step into the shoes of a Travel Agent and find the proper combination of fares for a multi-city itinerary for the lowest possible price.
  Your task will be to find the lowest fares to help Hose get to the Philippines and taste grandma’s food again!
  The winners will be announced at the event, so we invite everyone who took part in the DYNATECH challenge to attend. Who knows, you might be leaving with a prize! See you there!

• Aivars Kalvāns from Tieto will give a talk “Host Card Emulation: How a 300€ mobile phone can do what a 0.3€ payment card does“.
  Host card emulation (HCE) allows the mobile application to communicate over Near Field Communication (NFC) protocol. Contactless payment cards use the same NFC protocol to perform payments. Can a mobile application perform card payment using HCE technology? Yes, but it’s not as easy and simple as you might think. I will share with you what it takes to emulate a card payment based on my experience of creating Tieto Cloud Based Payment solution and going through MasterCard approval process.

  Building a great online identification service requires automating as many decisions as possible. At Veriff, we grew the team responsible for automatic decisions from 0 to 20 people in less than a year. In his presentation, Taivo will tell you about what we learned during this process, from hiring machine learning engineers to architectural decisions to data annotation, and much more.
